The tour departs from Jaffa Gate at 11:00AM, and 14:00PM . The tour covers all four quarters of the Old City and is a great introduction to Jerusalem. Yes, the tour is free of charge; you are welcome to tip the guide as much as you feel comfortable with.
Of course! We offer free luggage storage throughout your stay, and the day after you check out. We can also store valuables in our safe, and have lockers for guests to use on the first floor.
We serve a free Israeli breakfast including eggs, vegetables, cheese, bread, and other condiments between 7:30 and 10:30 AM in the lounge in the shared space.
We understand that plans sometimes change, so we offer a full refund for cancellations made more than 24 hours before check-in. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before arrival, or in the case of a non-show, will be charged at the rate of the first night. Group reservations (three or more rooms) are subject to different terms.
Yes. There is free wireless internet throughout the hostel. If you have any problem just ask at the reception.
Our building does not have designated parking spaces, but you can park along the adjacent streets (look for sidewalks marked with blue and white stripes). Nearby parking lots include: Mamilla (free first hour), Koresh, and Safra – the municipality lot. Another option is to park at the Free parking lots of Jerusalem, Ammunition hill and Mount Herzel, and arrive to the hostel by tram.
You can't miss it. Located in the hostel's shared space, our bar offers a large selection of local beers, cocktails, and amazing wines. You can even enjoy drink out on the balcony and take in the view… We also have events, live music performances and shows. Good times – guaranteed.
Free lockers are provided in all dorm rooms. When using a locker please attach a bed card with all the information properly filled in. Lockers which are not clearly marked with a bed card will be opened and the contents removed. A lock for the lockers can be purchased at the reception for 4$.
Go ahead! Our guest kitchen is equipped with an oven, gas stove, fridges and a selection of pots, pans and dishes for cooking. Please wash your dishes after use, so that they are available for other guests.
Yes. There is an accessible elevator to the hostel from the ground floor, as well as continuous access throughout the hostel. We also have two accessible rooms: one that suits 2-5 people as well as a 10-bed dorm room.
The maximum length of stay is 14 days in dorm rooms, 3 weeks in private rooms, and 7 days for groups.
Our housekeeping team cleans privet rooms every three days and in the dorms the showers and bathrooms every day.
No worries! We provide sheets to all guests free of charge. For hygiene purposes, sleeping bags are not allowed. Towels are available for rent for 4$ each in Dormitory rooms. They are provided in the Double and in the Triple rooms.
